Commercial
Cafés, shops and small offices, designed to trade well and built around your opening hours.
Our approach
A commercial fit-out has one job: bring people in and make them want to stay. That is a design problem before it is a building one, and it has to be solved on a programme that respects your rent.
We design front-of-house and back-of-house together, handle electrics, plumbing, ventilation and signage, and phase the work so you can keep trading where possible.
Most recent: a neighbourhood café, refitted without closing, for a client in Nunhead.
